Nutella and Raspberry S’mores

At one of my recent speaking engagements, the organizers had planned to move outdoors after the sessions for a bonfire and s’mores to end the day. Heavy rain messed up their plans so they moved it indoors, using skewers and tea light candles for melting the marshmallows. It was so much fun and I was fascinated that the tea lights worked so well.

On the way home that evening, I was trying to think of a s’mores variation that would be fun for a date night with my husband, and Nutella and raspberries came to mind. Yum! Whether you’re doing s’mores for your 4th of July get-togethers, a camping trip, or for a fun date night with your sweetheart, I think you’ll enjoy this delightful blend of flavors.

Graham crackers



Marshmallows (large)

*Bamboo skewers (about 12” works well)

*Tea lights or other small unscented candles


Spread the Nutella on a graham cracker. Wash the raspberries and gently pat them dry. Cut them in half and press the cut side into the Nutella. (The raspberry and chocolate blend is delicious so I like to cover the surface with raspberries.) Melt two of the marshmallows over a fire—or over candles using skewers to hold the marshmallows. Place the melted marshmallows on top of the raspberries. Top with another graham cracker and gently press everything together. I hope you enjoy them!
